Casa Silvia is the perfect holiday accommodation to whom want to enjoy the 100 meter-far away beach. It is a suitable place to start mountain biking excursions or it is ideal for sailing and surf lovers. The building is located just outside the Circolo Vela di Arco (Arco Sail Club) and the surfing school.  Inside, the house is provided with a living room, where it is possible to find a fold out couch,suitable for two adults, a terrace, where it is situated a hammock, a small kitchen, a bathtub-equipped bathroom and a double bedroom. It offers also an outdoor parking space on the ground floor. Enjoying the amazing view of Lake Garda from the terrace is a priceless experience and feel the Ora refreshing the summer days is an unique experience.
