This mini-apartment is finely furnished and located on the first floor of a elevator-equipped building.In the apartment can sojourn until four people and it is composed of a big double-bed  bedroom, also equipped with a bunk bed, a living room, provided with a kitchen and a dining area, a bathroom with shower and a balcony, which is provided with outdoor-furniture.On the basement floor a bike storage and a private external parking lot are available.The apartment is also equipped with satellite TV.It is situated in a very quiet area, only 15 minutes by foot from the beautiful and characteristic downtown Riva del Garda, where is possible to find shops, restaurants and locals. The flat is located two minutes far from the cycle path which runs along the lake from Riva del Garda to Torbole.The apartment is located near the beach, it is indeed only 250 meters far from the lake.
