Apartment description

The apartments are located a few steps from the beach of Lake Garda and  the cycle path that runs along the lake and that leads to the center of Riva del Garda or to Torbole sul Garda. The apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floor and both have a large panoramic terrace with a beautiful view of the Bastion of Riva del Garda and the surrounding mountains. Both can accommodate up to 4 people and being in the same house are suitable for groups of friends or families who want to spend holidays together. They benefit from external private parking and all the comforts of home: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fan for the warm months and heating for cold periods.

A few steps from the apartments there is a new shopping center with shops, bars, restaurants, supermarket, ice cream parlor, pharmacy and bank. The center of Riva del Garda with its characteristic downtown streets overlooking the lake, with shops and typical restaurants, is just 10 minutes away on foot. The location of the apartments is also suitable for those who want to spend a holiday doing water sports (windsurfing, sup ...) given the proximity to the Sailing du Lac sailing school or for lovers of hiking by mountain bike or on foot. The most famous and panoramic are the "Ponale path", "Monte Brione path", "S.Barbara path" and "Busatte-Tempesta path".
