Just 10 minutes from the centre of Arco, a flat with a small private outdoor area to be used for pleasant breakfasts and lunches/dinners outdoors. The flat is conveniently located on the ground floor even though the building has a lift.  Internally it has all the necessary comforts to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The flat is simply and functionally furnished and can accommodate up to 4 people (double bedroom + sofa bed with 2 single beds). It has a windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living area has a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment and a dining table, while the living room has a comfortable sofa bed that converts into two single beds, and the double bedroom has a large bed with an exit to the garden. In the basement there is a garage for the car or to be used as private closed storage for bicycles and/or equipment. Outside the house there is a large communal parking area.
